Hi ! I'm Catherine Agopcan. I'm a Certified Financial Educator and a Sustainability Advocate. I was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States when I was 9 years old. I've been an investor since 2005.
I founded Sisters for Financial Independence, a learning and community platform committed to educating everyone through all stages of life how to better manage their money so that we can all build a life of impact. I believe that money can be a catalyst for good for ourselves, our families and our communities.
Prior to this, I worked in IT and AdTech streamlining operations for public companies.
I'm investing for myself, my daughter, and for the good that money can do.

Should you take this course if you have debt?
Yes, but if you have high interest debt (anything above 8%), I'm going to highly recommend that you work towards reducing and eliminating that debt as much as you can. Doing so will mean you'll have more flexibility and more money to invest.
I don't have a lot of money to invest, is this course for me?
Yes! You don't need a lot of money to start investing. Keep in mind that starting small is the best place to start because it helps build a habit of consistency.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you will have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own so that you can refer to the various lessons as your needs and goals change.
When does the course start and finish?
